The last few off seasons training with Jay can be described by one word - purpose. Each piece of the warm up, sprint work, mobility, and lifting blocks were put together based on my individual needs as an athlete which tackled my weaknesses and made me significantly more powerful and explosive. Programming workouts with such a clear plan allows each day to be taken on with full confidence that all goals can be accomplished with hard work.
